It transmits via a 916.5 MHz transmission with a wireless range up to 400 feet. Data is updated from the outdoor sensors every 2-3 minutes, however, the station has a "live" mode which will transmit data for 20 seconds with 2 second intervals. Mounting hardware for the sensors is included. The weather station displays indoor and outdoor temperature and humidity, wind, rainfall, and weather alarms. It also features the Oscar Outlook forecast icon, barometric pressure graph, and 24-hour temperature graph.
